My Go to Smoothie of the Week..........

Banana Matcha Protein

Banana Matcha Protein Smoothie

  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein Powder

  • 2 tsp match green tea powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 3-4 ice cubes


Simply blend all the ingredients in a quality blender until smooth.

Tip: Matcha has an "earthy" taste, but kind of sweet and smooth. Start by adding one and if you like it stronger you can use up to 2 tsp.
