Struggling with being consistent?


Creating new positive habits can be challenging, so make your new habit underwhelming. For instance if you decided or where going to practice yoga everyday for one hour. Try instead: I will practice yoga for 15 minutes 2-4 times a week. Giving yourself some slack, life can get busy so set yourself up to be consistent. Somedays your yoga practice might be 5 minutes. But you did it. Go for consistency rather then a longer practice just one time a week.
