Do you suffer from Headaches?

Tension headaches can arise from how we sit, how we work and from tension and stress in our lives. My goto remedies for tension HA:


  • Apply an ice pack to your neck, upper shoulders for 10-15 minutes. If you don't like the cold, place a heating pad or magic bag on your hands or feet. This helps to draw the blood away from your head, helping to alleviate your HA.

  • My goto essential oil for headaches is to apply peppermint oil to your temples and the back of your neck. Just please avoid your eyes.

  • Place 2 tennis balls in a sock or use yoga tune up balls in their tote. Place at the base of your head. Breathe deeply and let the muscles relax over the balls. I hope this is helpful
