Service Description

This meditation package contains four 30 minute meditation sessions with Heather tailored to your own goals with the program. You will also receive bonus content and resources outside of your scheduled times to continue to work on growing your meditation practice. Your Coaching package includes the Tuesday 8am Mini Meditation class.
