The holidays can feel full — full schedules, full hearts, full expectations. This 1-hour online restorative yoga class is your invitation to exhale, soften, and come home to yourself. Through long-held, supported postures, gentle breathwork, and the soothing practice of pausing, you’ll unwind tension from your body and quiet the mental noise that often rises at this time of year. Together, we’ll shift the nervous system from “go-go-go” into deep rest and recalibration. Expect nourishing poses, cozy props, spacious stillness, and guided cues to help you reconnect with your breath and release the pressure you’ve been holding.
