Service Description

In this four week session, we focus in on a specific area of the body. MFR is a remedial technique that uses compression and active movement to untangle fascial adhesions, hydrate the fascia and reorganize the tissue matrix of the body. This is accomplished through the use of yoga tune up balls. Benefits of MFR: Increased blood flow Breaks down adhesions Increases flexibilty Reduces scar tissue formation Reduces pain
